By using the website and purchasing products, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. Your use of the website and purchase of the products are subject to our terms and conditions.

In this privacy policy, the words "website" refers to the Enzuring website, "we", "us", "our" and “Enzuring” refers to Enzuring and "you" and “user" refers to you, the user of Enzuring. This privacy policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the website and purchase of the products after we make changes to this privacy policy is deemed acceptance of those changes. 2. ACCOUNT (MEMBERS AREA)

When registering on the website, the user must choose a password and may be asked for additional information such as email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Enzuring of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user's account without Enzuring's prior authorisation. Enzuring will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your breach of this agreement.

Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data provided to Enzuring.

Enzuring reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Enzuring believes that you have violated any of these terms, provided Enzuring with false or misleading information, or interfered with any other party's use of the website or service.

3. NOTIFICATIONS

By providing Enzuring with your email address, you agree that we may use your email address to send you notifications about the status of your order, important communications about our services or products, news and special content. We may also use your email address to send you notifications, such as changes to service features and special offers on our products and services. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the emails. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates to your order, news or special offers on our products and services.

4. COURSES

By placing an order for a course through the website, you are offering to purchase the course for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time you purchase the course. Please check the description of the course content and features before placing your order. Once the payment process is completed, Enzuring will send the user the download link to download the courses in ZIP files.

When a user purchases a course, Enzuring will send an email to confirm the purchase and payment of the course. This confirmation email will contain the download link of the corresponding course.

Enzuring may cancel any order and may change or discontinue the availability of courses at any time in its sole discretion. at any time in its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

5. PRICES

Enzuring reserves the right to determine course prices. Course prices may be subject to change at any time without notice. Enzuring will use reasonable efforts to keep the pricing information posted on the website up to date. We encourage you to periodically review our website for updated pricing information on our courses. We will always attempt to keep the prices on the website accurate. However, from time-to-time pricing errors may occur, including but not limited to human, mechanical or similar errors. If a pricing error is discovered, the customer will be informed of the error. User will have the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order if not satisfied with the correct price.

6. PAYMENTS

The course can be paid through the following payment methods:

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Payments within the website will be processed through our payment processors available at Enzuring. Your credit/debit card will be charged for the course immediately after completing the payment process for the corresponding course. Once the transaction is processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the buyer's email address. If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment platform.

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorisation. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.

If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed. Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses. Enzuring reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses.

7. DISCLAIMER

By accessing the website and purchasing the products, the user accepts personal responsibility for the results of using the information available in the course content. User agrees and represents that Enzuring does NOT guarantee any benefit, nor any type of positive or negative result from the use of the information users obtain through the courses. User also agrees that Enzuring does not guarantee any type of result from the use of the information and content available on the website in general. Enzuring provides resources and content for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation and a variety of other circumstances beyond Enzuring’ control. Your use or misuse of any content or information obtained through the courses is at your own risk and responsibility. Enzuring does not accept any claims for the use or misuse of information obtained through the courses by users.

If you access the website through a mobile phone, we will collect the following information:

Payment information: Your payment information will be processed by the payment processors available on the website, which will treat and store your data securely and for the sole purpose of processing transactions within the website. Enzuring reserves the right to contract any payment platform available on the market, which treats your data for the sole purpose of processing transactions within the website.

GOOGLE Analytics. We use Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc., USA (“Google”). 3. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Personal data provided by users through the website and the purchase of courses and subscriptions will be retained for as long as necessary for the provision of the courses and subscriptions and until the user retains the account on the website or decides to close it or until Enzuring closes and deletes the user's account. Enzuring may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period whenever the user has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Enzuring may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
